Privacy Policy for Enkeidoku

Enkeidoku ("the App") is developed by Natuwa Studio ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what data the App collects, why, and how it is handled.

Data we collect

The App itself does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or physical address.

Your puzzle progress, best times, and settings are saved locally on your device only. We do not receive or store this data on any server.

The App displays ads (banner and rewarded video, the latter used to grant in-game hints) through Unity LevelPlay, an ad mediation service. To serve, measure, and deliver ads, Unity LevelPlay and the ad networks in its mediation waterfall collect:

• Your device's advertising ID
• Your IP address, used to derive your approximate general location (such as country or region) for ad delivery, to determine whether a consent dialog must be shown under applicable law, and for other compliance purposes; it is not used to determine your precise location
• Ad interaction data, such as which ads are shown and how you interact with them
• Basic performance and diagnostic data related to ad delivery

These are the only data types collected by the App.

• Serving and personalising ads shown in the App
• Measuring and improving ad performance and delivery
• Determining your approximate general location (country or region) for ad delivery and applicable privacy-law compliance

This data is transmitted to the third-party services listed below, encrypted in transit. We do not sell this data ourselves and do not use it for any purpose beyond displaying ads and managing your consent choices in the App.

Your choices and regional consent

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App shows a consent dialog before any ad is requested, using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) — a consent management platform registered under the IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF). This dialog lets you consent to or decline ad personalisation with equal ease, and to review the specific advertising partners involved. Some partners may rely on "legitimate interest" rather than consent for a limited set of purposes; where offered, you can object to this in the same dialog.

You can revisit or change your choice at any time from within the App via Settings → Manage Privacy. Outside the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, no consent dialog is shown, as it is not legally required there. You can also manage ad personalisation and reset your advertising ID at any time through your device's system privacy or ad settings (see "Data deletion" below).

Your rights (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, applicable data protection law gives you the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the data processed about you, to object to that processing, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. Because we do not hold any personal data on our own servers, these rights are best exercised directly with the processors listed under "Third-party services" below, using the contact details in their privacy policies. If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

Third-party services

The App uses Unity LevelPlay for ad mediation. Unity's privacy policy governs how it and its partner ad networks handle the advertising ID and related data.

The App uses Google's User Messaging Platform to collect, store, and communicate your consent choices where required by law. Google's privacy policy governs how it handles this data.

Unity Technologies and Google are based in the United States, so your data may be processed outside the EEA, UK, or Switzerland. Such transfers are safeguarded by the legal transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) described in their respective privacy policies linked above.

Children's privacy

Enkeidoku is not directed at children under 13 and is not intended to appeal primarily to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Data deletion

Because the App does not collect any account or personally identifiable data on our servers, there is no server-side data to delete. Uninstalling the App removes all locally saved progress and settings from your device. To reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads, use your device's system settings, or, if you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, use Settings → Manage Privacy within the App to change your consent choice at any time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
